Job summary

Northlake Behavioral Health System in Mandeville, LA seeks a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across hospital and outpatient programs. You will be the face of Northlake to candidates, schools, and community partners.

You will report to the HR Director and manage posting, sourcing, screening, and offers, building talent pipelines to keep our programs staffed. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information, with a proactive, outgoing style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or 1+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, especially behavioral health.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for all positions including posting, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Assess candidates and decide progression; negotiate offers as approved.
• Create offer letters, run background checks, and initiate pre-employment drug screens.
• Manage job boards, advertising channels, and staffing agency relationships.
• Represent Northlake at job fairs, colleges, and community events; build pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions.
