Responsibilities include:
  • Source healthcare professionals through high-volume outreach via phone, text, email, job sites, and social media platforms.
  • Use a consultative approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage healthcare providers, fostering trusting partnerships.
  • Build value with talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care and deliver high-quality experiences while maintaining our reputation for going above and beyond.
  • Meet and exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits in line with financial objectives and legal requirements.
  • Make a positive impact in communities and healthcare providers’ lives, while enjoying the work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and earnings:

Starting at $22/hr plus uncapped commissions. First-year earnings typically range from $55,000 to $70,000, with high performers earning over $100,000+ OTE in second year.
