Team Select Home Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter in Tampa, FL to source, attract, and hire qualified nurses for home care staffing. The role builds pipelines, screens candidates, and places hires into patient care with urgency and client alignment.

You will collaborate with branch leadership to prioritize hiring, manage multiple requisitions, and guide onboarding with People Services, ensuring census and growth objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to recruit and hire in a competitive healthcare market.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead external recruitment efforts to hire qualified nurses to fulfill open shifts and patient cases.

• Source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach.
