All Star Healthcare Solutions, based in North Broward, seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to build strong provider-client relationships and manage placement processes from prospecting to negotiation.

The role emphasizes high-volume calling, effective communication, and alignment with core values of loyalty, trust, and long-term success. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred.
• Backgrounds in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily.
• 100+ calls per day.
• Connect with new and existing providers to present opportunities aligned with their skills and credentials.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and compensation to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process.
