Qualifications

• Experience with high volume cold calling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Locate, cultivate, and nurture relationships with clients to generate a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Negotiate assignment details, compensation, and benefits between clients and providers.
• Screen, interview, and market candidates to fit client needs and culture.
• Present candidates to clients based on specialty, skills, licenses, and credentials.
• Interact with clients to describe assignment details, pay, and benefits.
• Attend scheduled sales calls and meet daily/monthly/quarterly quotas.
