MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team at the Birmingham headquarters. This on-site role requires strong organization, meticulous record handling, and a proactive approach to support clinics and billing partners.

Training is provided, no prior medical records experience required. Join a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on improving access to care in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors.
• Medical office/billing/records experience not required—training provided.

Responsabilités

• Process medical record requests from insurance companies and authorized stakeholders with accuracy and urgency.
• Update pay-to addresses to ensure payments go to MainStreet HQ instead of clinics.
• Save, upload, and maintain EOBs and ERAs in the correct systems.
• Support claims resolution and payment posting teams to ensure clean revenue cycle workflows.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to clinic and billing partners.
