Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical records, health information, central supply, or healthcare admin preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Maintain resident medical records in an organized, accurate, and confidential manner.
• File, scan, organize, and retrieve medical documentation as needed.
• Review records for completeness and obtain missing documentation.
• Process requests for medical records in accordance with privacy requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and other sensitive data.
• Assist with preparing records for audits, surveys, and internal reviews.
• Maintain inventory of nursing, medical, and facility supplies.
• Monitor supply levels and place/track supply orders as directed.
• Receive deliveries and verify supplies against orders.
• Distribute supplies to nursing units and departments as needed.
