Job summary

Park View Rehab Center is seeking a Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator to attach resident records to electronic files, and to order and stock nursing supplies.

The role also maintains the Quality Assurance book and coordinates monthly physician sign-offs, helping keep operations compliant and organized.

Strong organizational skills and prior nursing home experience are preferred to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient supply management in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing home experience.
• Computer literate.
• Extremely organized.
• Medical records and/or central supply experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator at Park View Rehab Center ensures all resident records are attached to the resident electronic file, and orders and stocks nursing supplies.
• Maintains the Quality Assurance book and schedules appointments, ensuring monthly physician sign-offs where required.
