Healthcare Receptionist

Serenity is seeking a Healthcare Receptionist for our Jacksonville, FL office to join our team and contribute to our clinic's success. The role is customer-focused, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure a smooth patient journey, leaving a positive impression on everyone who visits our clinic.

Job: Full-time (3-13-hour shifts)

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and supporting these patients may be triggering for some individuals.

Responsibilities:
