Job summary

AdvantixxRCM is seeking a professional Client Account Manager to manage relationships with healthcare practices and organizations using our revenue cycle management services. You will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, and ensure timely reporting and issue resolution to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned AdvantixxRCM clients.
Coordinate onboarding timelines and access to EHR/Practice Management systems and clearinghouses.
Prepare and present client reports and conduct regular reviews.
Identify and address client concerns; escalate when needed.
Coordinate internal departments (Billing, A/R, Denials, Credentialing, Payment Posting, Operations).
Monitor client satisfaction and retention; support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
