Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent is required.
• Two years' experience in healthcare is required.
• Three years' experience with health care compliance and two years' experience with project management is preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or GE Change Management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regulatory audits, tracers, mock surveys, and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Maintains awareness of current and emerging regulatory requirements and prepares departments for surveys.
• Coordinates completion of surveys and ensures follow-up activities are completed within required timelines.
• Develops and delivers regulatory education and training for leaders and staff regarding accreditation standards and survey readiness.
