Formación

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Nursing, Computer Science, business, health-related field, or a minimum of 5 years experience in Quality.
• If bachelor's or Associate in nursing, currently licensed in Texas, or part of a compact state license, or has a valid temporary RN license for the State of Texas while waiting to receive the permanent one.
• RN will have BLS upon hire (and maintain through employment).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate organization-wide Performance Improvement program and six sigma projects.
• Perform concurrent reviews for CMS core measure data collection.
• Analyze data and create action plans with stakeholders.
• Generate core measure reports monthly to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• One-to-one contact with nursing staff and physicians in areas for improvement.
• Assist with meeting preparations and presentations.
• Perform mortality reviews, quality data checks, and focus reviews as assigned.
• Explain results to committee members and promote Quality Improvement activities across the system.
