Sanford Health is seeking a senior leader to oversee quality management and drive cost‑effective quality improvement across the organization in Iron Mountain, MI. This role partners closely with clinical, operational and executive leaders to advance patient safety and value‑based care initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in quality or related fields, plus Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or CPHQ certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in quality, patient safety, accreditation, infection prevention and/or process improvement.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• If licensed RN, an unencumbered RN license is required where practice occurs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the quality management service and ensure cost‑effective quality improvement aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to advance quality, patient safety, and performance.
• Mentor staff, participate in task forces and committees, and drive measurable process improvements.
