Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in quality initiatives for sepsis, stroke, heart failure, and related indicators.
• Perform data abstraction, analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
• Coordinate PI committees and drive system-wide improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Educate physicians and staff; support patient safety reviews.
• Collaborate with leaders to optimize clinical care and workflows.
