Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience 3–5 years required.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and management of quality evaluation programs.
• Analyzes patient outcomes, safety incidents, and compliance data.
• Monitors KPIs to assess effectiveness of quality initiatives.
• Implements quality improvements to enhance care and safety.
• Collaborates with leaders to integrate best practices in operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Prepares reports for leadership and external bodies.
• Performs root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent recurrence.
