Job summary

Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Clinic’s Quality Improvement program, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. You will manage quality data, reports, and adherence to AAAHC standards, federal and tribal regulations, GPRA reporting, and HEDIS measures.

You will foster continuous improvement, participate in audits, and drive EHR-based initiatives to boost patient engagement and satisfaction across the clinic network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience with Indian Health Service (IHS) and/or tribal health programs.
• Experience managing large-scale quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and present internal quality measures and initiatives.
• Lead AAAHC accreditation program activities and surveys.
• Coordinate Quality, Safety, and Utilization Review Committee meetings.
• Lead EHR-based initiatives to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Oversee GPRA and HEDIS data collection and submission.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual quality reports for leadership.
