Job summary

Devereux Pocono, located in Newfoundland, PA, is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to collaborate with the Quality team and support continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing treatment data, identifying patterns, and aiding audits and regulatory readiness using Power BI and QCG dashboards. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1 year of healthcare quality management or direct care experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDs, autism, or mental health diagnoses.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management or related direct care functions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze treatment data, behavioral trends, and incident reports.
• Identify patterns and share insights with the Quality Management Director.
• Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety activities (fire drills and inspections).
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives using data tools (Power BI, QCG dashboards).
• Complete Certified Investigator training requirements.
