Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Health Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a closely related healthcare field is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, validate, and organize quality and regulatory data from multiple organizational sources.
• Prepare recurring reports, scorecards, and dashboards for Quality Management leadership.
• Assist Quality Management with internal audits and documentation during surveys.
• Maintain confidentiality of HIPAA-protected information.
• Track audit findings and support corrective actions and performance improvement initiatives.
