Shriners Children's is seeking a Corporate Project Manager, Quality and Professional Governance to ensure alignment with JC and NCQA standards and to oversee the MD-Stat database for professional practice evaluation. This role collaborates with Medical Staff Office, Performance Improvement, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and drive enterprise-wide governance initiatives.

The position requires strong expertise in credentialing processes, HRPR, MS Bylaws, and hospital regulations, with a

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a health care setting with medical staff services.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and NCQA standards.
• Demonstrated database management skills including querying, reporting, and document generation.
• MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Collaborate in planning, development, and implementation of regulatory standards and process changes for licensed independent practitioners.
• Maintain current knowledge of hospital accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and NCQA standards.
• System Lead to the HDQ-Amendment Team providing collaborative action items to CMO, ACMO, and Quality & Accreditation teams.
• Develop recommendations for SHC HRPR and MS Bylaws to support organizational practices.
