TEKsystems is actively hiring for Health Insurance Quality Assurance Specialists for a renowned health insurance company in Minnesota! Fully Remote Non-IT Position.

Start Date: July 7th, 2025

Description

This role involves quality testing benefit plans in collaboration with the Account Install Specialist team. The individual will verify the correct setup of plans across systems, focusing on details like deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and pricing. The role emphasizes high attention to detail, with no phone work involved. Communication will be internal via team and AIS reps. Performance will be monitored via a scorecard, with an expectation of working on 25 plans weekly. This is a non-IT position.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Two or four-year degree, preferably in Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Admin, or History. Heavy research experience is a plus.
• One year of Excel experience (excluding VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables).

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years in healthcare insurance.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, deductibles, copays, and provider language.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
