Job summary

Crossroads Health in Mentor, Ohio seeks a Healthcare QI Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis and reporting across the organization. You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze large data sets and help drive quality and performance improvements in our integrated care programs.

The ideal candidate has a statistics or public health background, 2+ years in data analysis, and experience with EHRs and healthcare compliance standards such as Joint Commission and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Public Health, or other qualitative major/field of study.
• Two or more years of data analysis or performance improvement experience.
• Database management and/or development preferred in MS Power BI, SQL, R, Crystal, or SPSS.
• One-year Electronic Health Record experience.
• Healthcare compliance experience (Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA).

Responsibilities

• Generate data from the EHR system for reports, metrics and analysis.
• Develop Power BI and other reporting dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• Aggregate and graphically display Quality Improvement data for actionable insights.
• Lead analysis of incident report data and report incidents per compliance standards.
