Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters or advanced clinical degree with 1 year of requirements gathering experience in clinical/health IT.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare admin.
• Certification(s) from a national program may count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Create mock-ups used to develop internal applications.
• Knowledge of querying a database system.
• Learn to write queries to test data accuracy.
• Log QA findings using an internal ticket-tracking system to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop, vet, and document test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform testing protocols for internally and externally developed applications.
• Create test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Acquire and create test data and analyze/verify data.
• Maintain IT documents and support multiple projects with tight deadlines.
