Key responsibilities include negotiating pricing, validating weekly inventories, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Proficiency in Excel, VB, and Office tools is desirable for inventory control.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred
• Three years related experience in field
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures, food, beverage and printing products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ordering systems
• Serv Safe certified highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Communicates with key team and management associates relative to purchases
• Ensures weekly inventory is correct and there are no errors before submission
• Negotiates pricing and purchases goods and ensures timely delivery
• Reviews shipments to ensure products received match orders
• Compiles monthly reports
• Works with Excel and Visual Basic to manage inventory
