Responsibilities

• Provide escorts to patients, visitors, staff, and others.
• Identify safety hazards and report deficiencies; coordinate with departments for mitigation.
• Support crises with de-escalation and safety interventions; document incidents.
• Maintain hospital badge access control and professional interactions with staff and visitors.
• Complete training and maintain readiness for emergencies and disasters.
