NationsBenefits is seeking a Provider Support Specialist to assist healthcare providers and members in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Plantation, FL. You will handle inquiries, educate providers on processes, and ensure timely follow-through from initial contact to resolution.

The role requires strong communication, healthcare experience, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. On-site work and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, medical, or healthcare environment.
• Experience handling high-volume calls preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult callers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers and members.
• Respond to questions and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Resolve provider and member concerns with proper follow-up through completion.
• Educate healthcare providers on processes and procedures, including orders, exchanges, returns, and lost, stolen, or damaged claims.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, fax, and Microsoft Teams.
• Send, receive, and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provider or member issues.
• Maintain accurate records and document interactions appropriately.
• Protect confidential information and safeguard PHI.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
