Job summary

Infusion for Health is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our patient referrals by calling medical offices and building relationships with providers. You’ll spend your day reaching out to offices, taking inbound inquiries, and developing referral networks that support patients' access to infusion therapy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and manage inbound communication with healthcare providers and internal teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with medical offices and provider networks to drive patient referrals.
• Be persistent in connecting with providers, including through gatekeepers.
• Represent Infusion for Health with professionalism and empathy over the phone.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure referrals are processed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in our CRM system.
