You will plan and execute recruitment programs to ensure adequate provider supply while collaborating with leadership and internal teams.

The role involves sourcing candidates through networks and events, managing offers, and traveling to conferences and training programs, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Marketing or related field.
• Certified Provider Recruitment Professional from AAPPR preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare Recruitment or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Source provider candidates through advertising, databases, and networking with professional organizations.
• Manage selection, presentation, offer, negotiation and closing of provider hires.
• Develop recruitment plans for each opportunity and investigate leads for candidates.
• Identify and attend professional meetings and conferences for recruitment needs.
• Initiate recruitment with medical schools and training programs via tours and visits.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure fit with opportunity and area.
• Maintain follow-up with candidates and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate within budget for provider recruitment activities.
