The Provider Recruiter at Warren Clinic, Inc. works with the Director of Provider Recruitment to plan and develop strategic physician and APP recruitment programs, ensuring an adequate supply distributed across the system in line with Warren Clinic leadership goals.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Marketing or related field. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Certified Provider Recruitment Professional from AAPPR, preferred.

Qualificações

• Develops a recruitment plan for each practice opportunity and investigates all leads for potential candidates.
• Investigates, evaluates, and selects resources for provider recruitment advertising.
• Develops and implements direct mail and telemarketing strategies for provider recruitment.
• Identifies and attends professional meetings related to provider recruitment needs.
• Initiates recruitment with medical schools and training programs by arranging tours and visits.
• Demonstrates diversity awareness and uses sourcing techniques for diverse populations.
• Recruits APPs as well as physicians.
• Develops action plans for aging requisitions and keeps management informed.
• Pre-screens provider candidates to ensure fit and minimum requirements.
• Maintains follow up with candidates to sustain interest and troubleshoot issues.
• Conducts appropriate research activities.
• Operates provider activities within the approved budget for each fiscal year.

Full Time Days Job Summary:

The Provider Recruiter works collaboratively with the Director, Provider Recruitment in planning and development of strategic Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment programs that ensures an adequate supply and distribution of providers in accordance with the strategic direction of the Warren Clinic Leadership.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Marketing or related field.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Certified Provider Recruitment Professional from Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR), preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or related field. Experience in Healthcare or working directly with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other applicable software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information. Strong professional acumen. Sound ability to assess group dynamics, adapt communication styles and influence outcomes effectively. Ability to interact with providers and a diverse audience throughout the health system.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Sources provider candidates through advertising, databases, and networking with professional organizations for providers, academic programs, other hospital-based recruiters, and recruitment organizations to ensure maximized results.
• Manages the selection, presentation, offer, negotiation and closing components involved in making provider hires.
• Develops a recruitment plan for each practice opportunity and investigates all leads for potential provider candidates.
• Investigates, evaluates, and selects resources for provider recruitment advertising.
• Develops and implements appropriate direct mail and telemarketing strategies for optimal results related to provider recruitment.
• Identifies and attends selected professional meetings related to provider recruitment needs including: conferences, medical fairs, professional/medical meetings and special events.
• Initiates recruitment efforts with medical schools and training programs by arranging tours, education, personal visits, telephone contacts, etc.
• Demonstrates diversity awareness and utilizes sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
• Recruits APP's as well as physicians.
• Develops action plans for aging requisitions and keeps management informed in a timely manner.
• Pre-screens provider candidates to ensure their interests in practice opportunity/area and ensures the provider candidate meets the minimum requirements of the practice opportunity.
• Maintains follow up with provider candidates to continue their interest in practice opportunities and troubleshoots possible problems.
• Conducts appropriate research activities.
• Operates provider activities within the approved budget for each fiscal year.

Decision Making:

Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision.

Working Relationships:

Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise). Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.

Special Job Dimensions:

Ability to work evenings and weekends. Ability to travel for events in and out of the state of Oklahoma.
