Oversee legacy portal comparisons and contribute to solution design to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Releasing and Continuous Improvement:
  • Plan and execute product releases, ensuring they are timely, effective, and meet customer and business requirements. After each release, gather feedback and incorporate learnings to drive continuous improvement in both the product and the process.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
  • Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, roadblocks, and successes. Provide clear, concise reports that highlight key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Be proactive in addressing concerns and maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations.
