Valor Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Proofreader to support our team as a 1099 independent contractor.

Position Summary

In this role, you will be proofreading mental health evaluations created by our psychologists for military, police, security, first responders, and other deserving patient populations. Experience with English proofreading/editing, excellent attention to detail, strong writing and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently are crucial.

Important to note

• Work on your own time and schedule.
• This position is remote eligible as long as you reside in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia.
• Payment is per evaluation completed, with each evaluation typically taking 20 minutes to proofread.
• There are plenty of opportunities each business day to work on evaluations.
