1099 Contractor

Length of Contract: Open

Location: Remote - Nevada. MUST be Licensed and Based in the State of Nevada to be considered.

Scope Of Work

• Complete and follow through on all tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner.
• Possess experience with real estate contracts within Nevada; experience with contracts in both North and South Nevada is a plus.
• Utilize only the company's provided tools, technology, and communication methods.
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of real estate transactions.
• Review all files in the Company's Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
• Support efforts to ensure compliance with the Broker team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
