Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Warwick, RI is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to coordinate active projects and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and devices. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, scheduling, invoicing, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or 3–5 years of PM experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, PM, or 3–5 years of on-the-job training in Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Suite of products (Excel advanced)

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of active, pre-defined projects, ensuring accurate coordination and execution of established tasks and timelines.
• Manage scheduling of deliveries, invoicing and product monitoring using proprietary Project Management Hub.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal departments regarding project status, updates and issue resolution.
• Proactively monitor ongoing project activities to identify potential delays or issues and communicate solutions promptly.
• Perform order entry and order modifications as needed to support project progression.
• Collaborate regularly with Customer Project Management teams, Internal Departments, Upper Management, Customer Service, Account Managers, Vendors, Warehouse teams and Direct-to-Site coordinators.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
