Job summary

Providence is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, day shift, onsite position. You will lead one or more large, diverse projects spanning clinical informatics, physician practice implementations, and quality improvement, with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.

The role requires solid project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to present to senior management and stakeholders. On-site work and Providence values apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years experience in information technologies, project management, healthcare administration or clinical field.
• Education with Project Management methodology.
• CAP, Workout and Lean education training required within the first year on the job.
• Experience with PM methodology based on Project Management principles.
• Experience managing projects with multiple project teams and lifecycle.
• Experience with PM methodologies and software.
• Experience presenting to senior and executive management and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for one or more large, diverse and complex projects in clinical informatics; physician practice implementations; quality improvement; IT projects.
• Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability to the Executive Sponsor.
