Qualifications

• 5+ years of process improvement, project or program management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple cross-functional projects aligned with HUHS priorities from initiation through closeout.
• Defines purpose, scope, outcomes, deliverables, and timelines with sponsors and owners.
• Maintains project plans, milestones, critical path, resources, risks, and change requests.
• Establishes governance, meeting cadence, and communication plans; produces status updates.
