Job summary

Stantec’s Healthcare Buildings Practice is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare in Albuquerque to lead complex design efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor project teams. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project success in a fiscally responsible, sustainable manner.

You will guide integrated design proposals, develop work plans, and oversee project financials while aligning with Stantec’s collaborative culture and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed architect (any state)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tasks on medium-to-large projects.
• Plan, organize and direct work through the project lifecycle.
• Lead client and project team to meet budget, schedule and design intent.
• Mentor junior project staff and coordinate with consultants.
