Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business or related field.
• 3 years of project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, resources, budgets and risk assessments.
• Define and manage project scope and handle changes efficiently.
• Allocate resources and manage project teams to meet deadlines.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, maintaining a RAID log.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Lead and motivate teams to foster collaboration and quality.
• Ensure quality through defined controls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
