Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources to optimize performance and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with RAID logs.
• Reporting & Documentation: Produce status reports and maintain project artifacts and approvals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to meet standards
• Other duties as assigned or requested
