Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare on-site in New York. You will guide complex healthcare facilities from concept to completion as the owner's representative, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality meet stringent regulatory standards.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, strong client-facing communication, and a track record managing phased, occupied healthcare upgrades.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility project management experience.
• Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Proven client-facing leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Understanding of infection control and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM, or LEED.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the owner and coordinate client, design teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to key milestones.
• Provide technical oversight for HVAC, medical gas, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Review design docs and submittals for healthcare compliance.
• Lead progress meetings and report to executives and clinical staff.
• Negotiate with contractors to protect owner’s interests.
