You will coordinate and track all project documents, administer subcontracts, facilitate site meetings, and help with budgeting, scheduling, and planning to ensure work complies with plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in project construction.
• HCAI/OSHPD experience preferred for healthcare projects.

Responsabilités

• Assist top Project Manager on site with design, bid, and project scheduling.
• Provide update/status reporting on costs and schedules.
• Administer project sub-contracts and conduct site meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support QA/QC processes and review change orders.
