Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Engineer to support healthcare capital improvement, renovation, expansion, and new construction projects as part of an owner's representative team in Los Angeles. You will assist with coordination, documentation, cost and schedule tracking, design and construction administration, and project closeout.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and facilities teams; tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Healthcare/complex projects preferred.
• Experience with design & construction phases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with contract docs, project requirements, and client objectives.
• Maintain and track documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, logs.
• Assist with tracking budgets, forecasts, POs, change orders, invoices, and pay apps.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items.
• Conduct site observations and document progress and conditions.
