The role requires strong communication with IT&S, business partners, and leadership, and oversight of multiple projects with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required to support initiatives.

The candidate will drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with project controls, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality results for our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in healthcare or related field.
• PMP and/or LEAN certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage multiple project deliverables and teams.
• Produce program status reports and update stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Parallon project controls and risk management.
