Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Director of Operations to lead program management and operations across Hospital Based Services. You will own the development of standardized implementation methods and oversee the portfolio of IHBS projects, collaborating with the COO and GVP to produce executive communications for multiple hospitals and markets.

Responsibilities include directing new program implementation, creating manuals, leading recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years project and/or program management experience across multiple hospitals or health systems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale projects or programs is preferred.
• Travel is a requirement of the position.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Facilitates creation and management of implementation manuals and orientation materials.
• Oversees IHBS project portfolio and all project requests.
• Collaborates with executives to deliver executive summaries and presentations.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and job descriptions for new employees.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and drives best practices.
