Job summary

Ogilvy Health, part of WPP, seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to join a large pharmaceutical AOR account. You will help manage projects from intake to delivery, coordinate teams, and ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.

This role offers exposure to healthcare advertising in a fast-paced agency, with opportunities to learn PM processes and build cross-functional relationships across the Ogilvy network.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in project coordination or PM support is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document control tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Track projects from intake to delivery across the agency.
• Support adherence to timelines and milestone dates.
• Update timelines and resource plans as needed.
• Coordinate submissions for regulatory review and handoff to Regulatory Operations.
• Oversee project finances and budgets using PM systems.
• Maintain and archive project workflow history.
• Schedule and assist in internal status meetings and reviews.
• Generate reports and monitor budgets for overruns.
