Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous project management and project planning experience a plus.
• Computer proficiency; MS Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and Acrobat Professional.
• Ability to collaborate closely with others in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Track projects through the agency from implementation to execution.
• Support adherence to project timelines by meeting milestone dates and deadlines.
• Update timelines, resource plans, and status documents for the agency.
• Coordinate submissions for regulatory review and handoff to Regulatory Operations.
• Perform administrative oversight of projects via financial and project management systems.
• Monitor and route jobs through the digital workflow system to stay on task and on time.
• Maintain and archive a clean historical record of project workflow.
• Schedule and assist SPMs/PMs in internal status meetings and reviews.
• Keep teams informed of all project status and next steps via daily status documents.
• Support project financials by generating and analyzing reports and monitoring budgets.
• Advocate and champion agency processes; identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and project stakeholders.
