Job summary

Ogilvy Health in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare AOR accounts, acting as a strategic problem-solver and client-facing expert from initiation through completion.

You'll manage end-to-end projects, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining high-quality, on-time results across digital, print, and multimedia deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of agency project management experience in healthcare marketing (Pharma advertising).
• Proven cross-functional leadership and pharma product launch experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Ziflow, and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with multi-channel digital/print/video projects.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting and resource management.

• Owns and manages multiple brand verticals end-to-end across diverse client deliverables.
• Ensures quality, on-time and on-budget delivery with high standards.
• Serves as primary client-facing expert, guiding strategy and mitigating risks.
