Job summary

Virtua Health in New Jersey is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage cross‑functional initiatives across clinical and support teams. You will coordinate meetings, develop processes, and ensure program timelines and reporting are on track.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare operations experience, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a self‑directed environment with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care/Public Health field required; significant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare operational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating meetings and developing processes necessary to advance the project.
• Serve as program representative on applicable committees and educational webinars.
• Plan and organise educational programs including room arrangements, schedules, and presentations.
• Implement outreach and maintain relationships with key referral sources using multiple education methods.
• Ensure timelines and required reports are completed and submitted.
• Provide oversight and assist in improving data quality and reporting.
• Collect data and report findings to the team and other groups.
