Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking a Program Manager to lead comprehensive program management, coordinating work and administrative support for programs and driving performance. The role partners with hospital leadership and external clients, vendors, and partners to design and execute program elements aligned with strategic goals.

The successful candidate will develop a strong internal network, manage cross-functional initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and provide education and technical expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in business or healthcare administration.
• Preferred: Registered and/or certified professional in area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead program meetings and drive decision-making with cross-department teams.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and external partners to execute strategy.
