• Proven track record of implementing and managing complex projects directly or through partners.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational and leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner Governance: Leading and mentoring cross-regional implementation teams on NGO partner payrolls.
• Deliverables & Finance: Standardizing KPIs, monitoring health outcomes, managing strict budgets, and validating financial compliance.
• Ecosystem Building: Establishing critical healthcare linkages and referral networks with Government health bodies, NGOs, and medical networks.
• Interface with business leadership to secure support and resources for program success.
• Partner selection and on-boarding: Conduct scoping and programmatic due diligence of organisations as and when needed.
