Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, especially in recovery operations, payment integrity, claims, or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs using cross-functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet business needs.
• Serve as primary coordinator for Recovery Operations and Recovery Platform initiatives across operational, business, and technology teams.
• Coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners; track issues and ensure timely delivery of priorities.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and key performance metrics.
• Identify resources, mitigate risks, and facilitate project execution through full lifecycle.
