Qualifications

• Specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in Federal Service.
• Experience includes applying analytical methods to evaluate program effectiveness and prepare and analyze reports.
• Education must be from an accredited college or university; transcripts may be required.
• Combination: graduate education beyond first year plus specialized experience as described.
